Delivery to certain locations may be delayed due to COVID19.  Thank you for your understanding.

Orders placed on this website are fulfilled by Rainbow Loom LLC located in Wichita, Kansas, USA.  Orders received before 1 PM Central USA time, Monday-Friday, are usually shipped the same day. 

SHIPPING WITHIN USA (48 States plus US military APO, DPO, and FPO):

Please provide a shipping address that is deliverable by USPS.  Orders over $400 are usually shipped with 'Signature Required Upon Delivery' service.

Standard Domestic - about 3 to 7 business days (not guaranteed) via USPS Ground Advantage or Fedex Ground.

Shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are automatically calculated by the shipping cart based on the estimated weight and size of the items.  


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We ship to many countries from the USA via the Postal Office (USPS) and Fedex.  Shipping cost is automatically calculated by the shopping cart, which is viewable prior to final checkout.  The shipping cost that we collect is approximately equal to the actual cost we pay to the carrier.  We do not make profit from shipping charge.  In general, the more you buy, the less the shipping cost will be as a percentage of the order.  Customs brokerage fee is included in the shipping cost (prepaid by us).  However, duty and taxes (e.g. import tax, value-added tax, and GST tax) and handling fee to collect the duty and taxes may apply before or upon delivery in some countries. You will be responsible for the additional fees, duty, and taxes. We are unable to refund your money if the package is discarded by your government or carrier due to your failure to pay the duty and taxes. If the package is returned to us, we will refund your money minus all shipping costs. 

For shipments to European Union, Northern Ireland, Norway and Switzerland, please provide receiver's Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number, if available.  Shipments to Brazil may require a Brazilian Tax ID (CPF) number. Please enter the number into the “Add a note to your order…” section in your shopping cart. You may also send an email to webstore@rainbowloom.com to let us know your EORI/CPF number after the order has been placed.  We are unable to ship to the United Kingdom at this time due to the new Value-Added Tax (VAT) requirements.

First Class Package International: This service will be delivered via the Postal Service.  Transit time is usually 1-3 weeks, unless you live in a remote area or there is a delay in customs clearance by your country's customs office which is beyond our control.

Priority Mail International: This service will be delivered via the Postal Service.  Transit time is usually 6-11 business days, unless you live in a remote area or there is a delay in customs clearance by your country's customs office which is beyond our control.

Fedex International: Transit time is usually 2-8 business days, unless you live in a remote area or there is a delay in customs clearance by your country's customs office which is beyond our control.  We will use either Fedex International Economy or Fedex International Connect Plus service.  This is the most reliable and fastest shipping method that we offer.  Customers must provide telephone number during checkout for Fedex delivery purpose.


HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Please review your ship-to address carefully before completing the order.  If you discover that you have provided a wrong ship-to address after the order has been paid, please contact us immediately by replying to the order confirmation email or at Contact Us – Rainbow Loom USA Webstore with the correct ship-to address along with your email, name, or receipt number so that we can find your order.  If your package has not left our facility, we should be able to change the address for you.  Please inform us about your change of address as soon as possible.  If the package is returned to us due to undeliverable address or being unclaimed, we will refund the product cost only (minus shipping cost).  We are not responsible for lost packages if you have provided us with an incorrect ship-to address.
