Question: How can I send the gift card to that special someone?
Answer: You will receive an email which contains a link to a web page that shows a 16 character code immediately after checkout. You may print the page and give the printed copy to that special someone. You may also forward the email or the link to that special someone, or take a picture of the page and send it via text/SMS/chat/pm.
Question: Can a gift card code be used more than once?
Answer: Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Question: Can more than one gift card code be used towards a purchase?
Answer: Yes. A customer can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.
Question: Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
Answer: No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Question: Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Answer: Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Question: Can gift cards be reloaded?
Answer: No, you can't reload a gift card.
Question: How do customers check their balance?
Answer: Please add items to your shopping card and proceed to checkout. The checkout process will show the balance if the balance is insufficient to pay for the order. Alternatively, please provide the last four characters of your gift card code to webstore@rainbowloom.com. We can check the balance for you.
Question: What if I misplace the email or the gift card code?
Answer: Please contact us at webstore@rainbowloom.com and let us know the email address that was used to purchase the gift card. We cannot see the full 16 character gift card code but we can have the system resend the gift card code to the email address that was used to purchase the gift card.
Question: Is gift card refundable?
Answer: All refunds and cancellations are subject to 3% service fee to cover the credit/debit/bank card transaction fee.
