Tax Matters

Sales Tax in USA:

We are required to collect sales tax for shipments to the following U.S. states: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, Utah, and Virginia.  If you are a tax-exempt entity in one of these states, please create an account on our website and send your tax-exempt certificate to webstore@rainbowloom.com.  We will update your account with tax-exempt status after we have received your tax-exempt certificate.  Please do not place your order until your account has been updated because we are unable to refund sales taxes on previously placed orders.

International Orders (outside USA):

Customs duty and taxes are automatically calculated by the shopping cart, which is viewable prior to payment.  The customs duty and taxes collected at checkout are automatically remitted to your government when the package arrives in your country.  So, there is no surprise or additional charges when the package is delivered to you.
