Tax Matters
Sales Tax in USA:
We are required to collect sales tax on shipments to the following U.S. states: Georgia, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, and Virginia.
If you are a tax-exempt entity in one of these states, please create an account on our website and email your tax-exempt certificate to webstore@rainbowloom.com. Once we receive and verify your certificate, we will update your account with tax-exempt status. Please do not place your order until your account has been updated. We are unable to refund sales tax on orders placed before your tax-exempt status has been applied.
International Orders (outside USA):
For most countries, customs duties and taxes are automatically calculated by the shopping cart and displayed before payment. Any customs duties and taxes collected at checkout are automatically remitted to the appropriate government authorities when your package arrives in your country. Therefore, you will not encounter any unexpected or additional charges when your package is delivered.
If customs duties and taxes are not shown on your checkout page, they may be collected upon delivery, unless they are not applicable in your country.
