Q: How can I track my order?
A: We encourage you to sign up for an account on our website so that you can login and track all your recent and past orders. If you have not signed up for an account, please check your email account for an email from us with the tracking number of your package. If you have trouble finding our email to you, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders. Alternatively, you can contact us at with your name or address. We will reply to your email with your package’s tracking number.

Q: Why do my rubber bands break?
A: It is normal to have about 3% defective bands within each bag of bands due to the normal manufacturing process. Please check your loom and hook to make sure that there are no sharp edges that may cut the bands. You can use a nail file to remove the sharp edges from the loom and hook. Q: How do I stop my rubber bands from sticking together?
A: To unstick the rubber bands, please massage a small amount of hand or body lotion onto the bands and pull them apart. Gradually add more lotion if needed. They should stay separated once they are thinly coated with some lotion. You can also purchase our silicone oil, which was specially created to keep bands from sticking together. In addition, the silicone oil also protects and lubricates the bands.

Q: How to protect and prolong the life of my Rainbow Loom creations?
A: If your creations will be stored indoor and away from sunlight or UV light, we recommend our silicone oil which protects and lubricates the bands.  If your creations will be exposed to sunlight or UV light, we recommend a clear sunblock such as Banana Boat Sport Ultra Clear Sunscreen Spray or Coppertone Sport Clear SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion on Amazon.  You may also use both our silicone oil and a clear sunblock for extra protection.

Q: Why is my Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover prepaid/gift card rejected or declined?
A: Please make sure that the billing address that you enter on our website’s checkout page matches the prepaid card's registered address. Most prepaid cards allow you to add an address to the card for online purchases. Some have websites that allow you to register your address, while others require that you call a number on the back of the card. Alternatively, the prepaid card's registered address might be printed on back of the card or on the paper that came with the card. If you have obtained the prepaid card from a fund raising event or charity, the charitable organization’s billing address might be the card’s registered address.  Additional information can be found at

Q: Do you offer discount coupons or promotional codes?
A: We do not offer Rainbow Loom discount coupons or promotional codes. Our website always shows our best prices so that every customer can take advantage of our best offers.
