To unstick the rubber bands, please massage a small amount of Silicone Oil (this link is accessible in the USA only because silicone oil cannot be shipped internationally) or hand/body lotion onto the bands and pull them apart. Gradually add more silicone oil or lotion if needed. They should stay separated once they are thinly coated with some silicone oil or lotion.

We recommend storing your creations indoors and away from sunlight or UV light. If your creations will be exposed to sunlight or UV light, we recommend using a clear sunblock such as Banana Boat Sport Ultra Clear Sunscreen Spray or Coppertone Sport Clear SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion on Amazon.  If your creations are not exposed to sunlight or UV light, we recommend our Silicone Oil (this link is accessible in the USA only because silicone oil cannot be shipped internationally) which protects and lubricates the bands.

Not all Rainbow Loom bands are designed to perform exactly the same way. Depending on the material and collection, bands may differ in stretchiness, resistance to breaking, and UV resistance. These differences allow each collection to offer unique benefits for different types of creations.

Latex (a.k.a. natural rubber) is not a raw ingredient used in the manufacturing process of any Rainbow Loom products such as bands, looms, beads and charms. However, while we take great care in selecting materials and work closely with our manufacturing partners to avoid the use of natural rubber latex, we do not test every production batch specifically for latex content. Our raw ingredient suppliers also do not test every production batch. The highlighted texts in pages 6-7 of this file shows an example of such a statement and disclaimer from Dow Chemical, our silicone oil supplier. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely latex-free. We take every reasonable precaution and remain dedicated to high manufacturing standards to minimize the risk of unintended latex presence in our products. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

Most prepaid cards allow you to add or register a billing address for online purchases. Some cards have a website where you can register your address, while others require you to call the phone number printed on the back of the card. The registered address may also be printed on the back of the card or included on the paperwork that came with it.
