How can I track my order?

We encourage you to sign up for an account on our website so that you can login and track all your recent and past orders. If you have not signed up for an account, please check your email account for an email from us with the tracking number of your package. If you have trouble finding our email to you, please be sure to check your spam and junk folders. Alternatively, you can Contact Us with your name or address. We will reply to your email with your package’s tracking number.

Why do my rubber bands stick together?

To unstick the rubber bands, please massage a small amount of Silicone Oil or hand/body lotion onto the bands and pull them apart. Gradually add more lotion if needed. They should stay separated once they are thinly coated with some silicone oil or lotion.

How to protect and prolong the life of my Rainbow Loom creations?

We recommend storing your creations indoors and away from sunlight or UV light. If your creations will be exposed to sunlight or UV light, we recommend using a clear sunblock such as Banana Boat Sport Ultra Clear Sunscreen Spray or Coppertone Sport Clear SPF 50 Sunscreen Lotion on Amazon.  If your creations are not exposed to sunlight or UV light, we recommend our Silicone Oil which protects and lubricates the bands.

Why is my Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover prepaid/gift card rejected or declined?

Please make sure that the billing address that you enter on our website’s checkout page matches the prepaid card's registered address. Most prepaid cards allow you to add an address to the card for online purchases. Some have websites that allow you to register your address, while others require that you call a number on the back of the card. Alternatively, the prepaid card's registered address might be printed on back of the card or on the paper that came with the card. Do you offer discount coupons or promotional codes?

We do not offer Rainbow Loom discount coupons or promotional codes. Our website always shows our best prices so that every customer can take advantage of our best offers.

How do I use scratch-off Secret Codes?

At one time, there was a lot of counterfeit Rainbow Looms. The Secret Code was used to authenticate Rainbow Loom products on our website so that buyers can find out if they have purchased an original Rainbow Loom. Buyers will also get access to additional instructional videos when they authenticate their products. We have since discontinued the authentication feature so the Secret Code does not serve any function anymore. All the tutorial videos are available publicly now at https://rainbowloom.com/pages/instructions.

I'm a complete beginner. What Rainbow Loom kits are the best ones to start with?

We recommend trying out our Original Rainbow Loom or Bracelet Craft Kit as it comes with many instructions on how to use our tools. In addition, you can check out our Youtube Channel for more step by step tutorials.

What is Loom Artist of the year and how do I become one?

Every year the RL team picks a group of Loomers who has done an outstanding job in the previous year in creating their own creations/ being active within the community. They set a great example of kindness, compassion, and integrity.

What are the requirements?

You must be following us either on IG, FB or YT. Be sure you're active within the year by posting any type of creations you make while also giving credit if using others patterns/tutorials.

How do I submit?

There are no submissions. at the end of each year, the RL team will review each and everyones profiles to decide who will receive this award.

What is Loom Star of the Week and how do I become one?

Every week our RL Team picks one Loomer who we think did an outstanding job with their creations.

What are the requirements?

You must be following us either on IG, FB, or YT. Make sure to tag us and use #loomstarnomination so that we can see your creations and know which ones you're submitting.

How do I submit?

Every week you're allowed to submit as many submissions as you like. Submissions are preferably submitted before Thursday 5pm EST so that our team has time to review each submission.

Are there any tutorials that can help me learn how to make more creations?

There are LOTS! You can check out our YouTube channel for bracelet tutorials. In additional you can also check out our Loom Artists of the Year channels to find more Loomigurumi and intricate figurines/bracelet designs.

Can I pay in my country's currency?

Yes, you may change the currency using the pull-down menu at the very bottom of this page.

Will I have to pay additional duty or taxes upon delivery of my package?

No, all applicable duty and taxes including brokerage fee and shipping cost are collected by our website during the checkout process for all domestic and international orders. We will remit the duty and taxes to the appropriate authorities. No additional charges will apply. So, just sit back, relax, and wait for your package to arrive!
