Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email. If the reason for the return is a result of our mistake, we’ll send you a free return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that the rubber band colors depicted on our website may vary from the actual colors due to digital color processing and your computer monitor, tablet, or smartphone display settings. In addition, there may be some production batch-to-batch color variations. We suggest you purchase your rubber bands at brick and mortar stores where you can physically inspect the colors if you need to match exact colors. If you have purchased from our website and the colors are not what you had expected, you may return the bands to us according to the above return procedures.

If your package is returned to us due to undeliverable address or being unclaimed, we will refund the product cost only (minus shipping cost).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
