WARRANTY POLICY
It is normal to have about 3% defective bands within each bag of band due to the normal manufacturing process. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the product under normal and intended use conditions. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Warranty Within USA:
For products purchased on this website, you may request replacement parts/items within 30 days of the receipt date. Shipping cost may apply. Please reply to the order confirmation email that you received when the order was placed with a picture of broken/defective item.
For products purchased from an authorized "brick and mortar" retailer, you may request replacement parts/items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at Contact Us – Rainbow Loom USA Webstore. Please be prepared to provide the following information when requested:
- Picture of proof of purchase (receipt)
- Picture of original packaging showing the UPC code
- Picture of broken/defective item
- Your shipping address (within USA only).
